Parcels are sent out using the First Class service from Royal Mail with a standard delivery charge of £3.35.
Although we send out parcels First Class, Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery. Please allow a further 15 days for delivery, particularly of large parcels. Of course you can contact us if you have not received it and you can be able to check whether your order has been shipped from your account.Should any items be out of stock, we will be in touch with you and inform you of the date we expect to receive stock - if you are unable to wait that long, tell us and we will refund your payment.
Returns
Order with confidence, safe in the knowledge that should any item fail to meet your expectations, the ‘no quibble’ guarantee allows you to return goods for an exchange or full refund. Goods should be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Return goods to us in their original packaging to
