Our contract
When you place an order, we send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. When you have completed your order and we send you an email confirming dispatch of your order, we will have accepted your order. Only goods detailed in that confirmation email form part of this contract.
Your Account
Your account is secured by a login name and password and it is your responsibility to keep these secure in order to restrict unauthorised access to your account. Of course its just the same with your credit card details – don’t tell them to other people. Please tell us if you think that your details have become known to anyone else, or if you suspect that they are being used without your permission.
Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete – remember to change them if you move house. You can access and that information by logging in to your account.
Clavarium Limited (trading as Archery Trousers) reserves the right to terminate accounts. If we do this then any outstanding order, that you have paid for, will be refunded.
